Rules for the transfer and use of donations

1. Donation
A donation is financial resources that a person (donor) transfers free of charge to an organization for the benefit of Angellatvija, (hereinafter referred to as Angellatvija) to achieve the goals specified in its charter.

2. Purpose of donation

2.1. When making a payment, the donor can indicate the specific purpose of the donation, which will mean that the donation will be used for a specific specified project and in the amount that will be indicated in the payment individually by the donor at his personal discretion.

2.2. If the donor does not indicate a specific project in the purpose of the payment, the donation is considered a general donation and is used for the purposes specified in the charter.

3. Use of donations

3.1. Funds donated will be used to further the goals of the project for which they are donated. Angellatvija ensures that the donated funds are used exactly for the purposes that were presented to the donors during the collection of funds for the project through their publication on the Angellatvija website, and in accordance with the Charter.

3.2. In the event that, as a result of events beyond the control of Angelatvija, it is impossible to use the donated funds for the project to which the donations were transferred:

3.2.1. Angellatvija, at the request of the donor, returns the donated funds to the donor in the same amount and manner in which they were donated;

3.2.2. If the donor does not request a refund of the donation within 30 (thirty) days after the publication of the relevant notice on the Angellatvija website, Angellatvija reserves the right to direct the unused funds into a general donation for the further purpose of using them for other projects in accordance with the purposes specified in the Charter.

4. Cancellation of donations

Transferred donations are not subject to cancellation or return, except for the cases described in clause 3.2.

5. Changes in the rules for the transfer and use of donations.

Angellatvija has the right to make changes to these rules for the transfer and use of donations. Changes are published on the Angellatvija website.
